INTRODUCING PROJECT
As Snapask's brand designer, my team faced the challenge of ensuring visual consistency in a limited timeframe. We rebuilt illustration guidelines and expanded the system to meet diverse marketing requirements.
We aimed to enhance production efficiency, introducing two primary tools, and improving guidelines. An illustration library and online guideline page enable easy access and synchronization of pre-made elements.
Our design library boosts brand visuals, adheres to systematic product illustration, uses social media for student interaction, and reinforces relatable content.

Our objective was to enhance production efficiency by maintaining design consistency. To achieve this, we introduced two primary tools and improved our guidelines. The first tool is an illustration library that enables all team members to access pre-made elements easily. The second tool is an online guideline page that facilitates designers to synchronize versions promptly. Additionally, the updated guidelines provide better design flexibility.

We also defined the area of usage, which provides a significant benefit in maintaining the best presentation of our illustrations on devices. Designers can follow the guidelines to determine which illustration fits each situation. Defining different illustration classifications has significantly improved illustration production speed and quality.
Designers can create illustrations that meet the brand's tone by following these guidelines. We established several rules, such as line stroke limitations, a color system, and drawing methods, to ensure proper and consistent use of all brand elements.
Through the new design system, we can improve the visuals of our brand holistically. For product illustration, we still present systematically, and it continues to develop frequently. For marketing usage, social media is an important channel to communicate with students and spark their interest in our service. We aim to create content that is close to students' daily life and hope to be a part of it. Our new visual guide supports this type of content and makes it more lively.
